Support Worker Co supports children and young people living with a disability or developmental delay, their families and carers.
Our purpose is to make a positive impact to children and young people so they can live in an inclusive way. We specialise in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) offering flexible, person-centred support to children and young people aged 2 -24 years.
We work in partnership with families and carers by providing individualised supports for children, young people and young adults in home and community settings, in places where they spend their time.
At Support Worker Co, we support children and young people to increase their skills for independence and community participation. We provide flexible, person-centred supports to meet each young person or young adult’s individual goals.

NDIS - Your funding options
The NDIS is designed to provide you with funding for necessary supports and services to improve your everyday life. The amount of NDIS funding you receive is based on your individual plan and needs to last for the entire duration. It does not roll over into your next NDIS plan so any NDIS funding that is not used will be lost.
