Brisbane City Council offers a variety of fitness and well-being activities for individuals of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
Get active at free fitness classes, or take advantage of the low-cost activities to help improve your health. Try yoga, tai chi, group bike rides, Zumba, boxing, aqua aerobics and GOLD events for seniors.
